Welcome! Northern Lakes Nursing is a 99-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located in Northeast Indiana; Angola, Indiana in Steuben County.
It is hugely significant to have this many physicians & nurse practitioners onboard our medical team at Northern Lakes Nursing; Always one of the medical team is on duty Monday - Friday, plus on-call availability 24/7.
NLNR's Rounding Providers will follow all new admission and all new re-admits; Our goal is to reduce the risk of re-hospitalization or emergency room visits.
